It’s New Years Eve here, and as we careen ever closer to 2015, we here at Tea Freaks have to confess – some occasions warrant a little more than a tea. Tomorrow morning will be a PERFECT time for a hot, strong, black tea (or 12) but this evening – well, I’m a little partial to the sparkly stuff myself.

I also like the odd cocktail or two – sweet, fruity concoctions that trick you in to thinking you can have a couple (or 12).
However, did you know tea can make a terrific mixer for some of those sweet, fruity cocktail concoctions?
